Equipment returns and exchanges are reviewed case by case after order confirmation. Stringing, customized gear, and used products may be non-returnable.

Lead, contact, and order-request data is collected so the business can respond, qualify fit, and operate the academy. Tracking and attribution should remain provider-based and explicitly configured.
